Product Overview

ALPHA Telecore XL-825 is a high-performance, no-clean, flux-cored solder wire specifically engineered for demanding electronics assembly applications.

It features very fast wetting, excellent spread characteristics, and low flux spatter, which helps maintain a clean working environment. The flux chemistry provides high Surface Insulation Resistance (SIR) reliability and is classified as ROL1 under IPC standards, while also meeting JIS Grade AA requirements.
